Literature Text
Split, converge, try to
spin whole cloth
out of fragmented stories
that you never believed,
it's the duty of a leader
to make sure
that the ones who follow
keep their faith strong
even when it's
misplaced in the most
unfortunate of ways.
There's something consuming
about the search for
an absolute truth
but truth is something thalassic –
only a fragment of
what might exist
in the depths of its origin,
and those fragments
are subfuscous, dimmed in
the feeble light we cast
in lighting a single candle
to fight off a thousand
and one nights and more,
because some stories
don't end so much as change.
Literature
a prayer
softspoken like a prayer
and unbreakably whole
you make me believe in
my make-believe soul
come back to me

What I have is
Feelings for you
But for the first
Time, putting to
Paper feels wrong.
There’s a need to do
Something else.
Something more . . .

Never Forgotten
You are pushing...
Trying to erase...
But you refuse to wipe away those words that rest gentle on the lines.
You can't do it.
They are written in pen.
You won't rip the well designed paper either.
You will have to paint over those honest words.
You will always know that underneath those vibrant colours lies a hidden script.
A secret code that whispers in your sleep.
You have become a spy.
Undercover, in your own world.
What are you searching for?
Is it your treasure which you have tucked away?
Hopefully you will find that which you have intentionally lost,
And at its appearance,
You will forget the tears you shed,
And once again remember

Because I really wanted to see if I could get thalassic and subfuscous in the same poem without being nonsensical Also, dA's spellcheck doesn't like either of those words

lol, Well that is just as good as a reason as any to write a poem
